The Inspiration Behind the Song

When creating "Last Flight", we wanted to capture the essence of what made Firefly so unique—its perfect blend of humor, heart, and a bit of gritty realism. The song draws from the feeling of knowing your time is running out, but refusing to give up the fight. It’s about the courage to face the unknown, just like the Serenity crew did when they took on impossible missions, fought for what they believed in, and protected their own.
